Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.

A tracking number will be sent to your email after shipment. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update.

Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in our prices.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
